Welcome to our Prediction Marketplace! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our Prediction Marketplace website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service: Our Platform provides a marketplace for users to engage in prediction markets, where they can build and trade predictions on various events, outcomes, and scenarios ("Predictions").

3. Registration: To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to:

a. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

b. Post or transmit any content that is infringing, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or offensive.

c. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform.

d. Engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Platform.

5. Predictions: Traders and users can build and make Predictions on the Platform. Predictions must be based on events or outcomes that are verifiable and not in violation of any laws or regulations. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Predictions they post.

6. Market Resolution: When the outcome of a Prediction is determined, the market is resolved, and users who hold the correct Prediction will receive a payout of the total pool according to the terms of the market. The Platform will determine the outcome of Predictions based on builder recommended and reliable sources and information.

7. Fees: The Platform will charge fees of 5% of the total pool of funds. Builders will receive 1% of the total pool funds. In the event of a draw, cancellation or misadventure the funds will be returned to all participants less all fees and GAS fees.

8. Intellectual Property: All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy: Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Modification of Terms: The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

14. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local and international laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Build Submission: Once you have submitted your build you cannot edit, update or cancel your prediction market creation. All predictions are final on the Blockchain and held in smart contracts.

16. Trade Submission: Once you have submitted your trade you cannot cancel or update your trade of Yes or No. All trades are final on the Blockchain held in smart contracts.
